FUEL CYCLE is growing fast, and we’re looking for a passionate professional and creative thinker. As part of the marketing team you will develop, coordinate and implement various internal and external marketing/company related projects and campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator supports Fuel Cycle to maintain a single, consistent voice and brand in all its communication. You'll report directly to the Marketing Director.


To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, but also possess the ability to see the big picture. You should also be adept at juggling multiple projects effectively, under tight deadlines.  A willingness to make positive contributions to help improve how we do things, from tools to process, is also greatly desired.


  • Assist with/coordinates special events, tradeshows and conferences, as needed.
  • Follow-up with vendors, clients, and accounting to make sure payments and invoices are balanced.
  • Maintain corporate website and digital presence.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team (organizing and scheduling meetings, managing calendars, assisting with travel, and other duties as assigned).
  • Work in a team environment to execute print and digital projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, ensure deadlines are met and marketing/sales materials are executed flawlessly. Assist with industry and competitor SWOT analysis.


  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…) skills are required, basic knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Overall grasp of email marketing, digital marketing, outreach marketing, event planning, and social media marketing
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot a plus.
  • 1 – 2 year of professional work experience – internships ok
  • Passion for technology and making a major impact in a startup
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Market Research experience/interest a plus
