As an Inside Sales Representative, you are part of the FUEL CYCLE team as an individual contributor who is responsible for all areas of revenue generating activities and operations including both new business and cross-sell /upsell for SMB and Mid-Market companies. The role requires a creative, results-oriented, energetic sales professional with a passion for the job and the skills to deliver.

  • Responsible for all sales activities within your assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate salesmanship towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
  • Contribute to the evolving sales processes through collaborative best practices
  • Expertise in our software solutions, use cases, and demos
  • Accurately forecast monthly quarterly, and annual opportunities
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development for all planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and emails to warm leads as well as cold prospects
  • Track all activities in Salesforce
  • Achieve quarterly & yearly revenue quotas


  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Research background & understanding of quantitative & qualitative methodologies
  • 2 years of direct sales experience – SaaS Sales experience is a plus
  • Passion for technology and making a major impact in a startup
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • A technical aptitude to master our sales tools
  • A keenly developed competitive nature
  • Experience with CRM Tools – Salesforce is a plus
  • A winning attitude
