    As a Community Management Intern you will support your project team by engaging community members and ensuring the community is recruiting the right people. Using your attention to detail, creativity and flexibility, you will solve problems and assist team members to help achieve high-quality client results.

    Responsibilities

    • Moderation: Engage with community members on a daily basis in line with each Fortune 500 client’s brand voice
    • Recruitment: Work with outside vendors and internal team to make sure the community is recruiting the right people. You’ll be trained on data cleaning and data processing
    • Help design and fine tune internal and external templates and documents to be used by the Fuel Cycle Community Management team. You will learn the inner workings of cross department collaboration and the client/vendor working relationship

    Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or other related majors preferred
    • Previous internship or office experience preferred
    • 3-4 month commitment, 15-20 hours/week

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Working towards a bachelor’s degree
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
    • Self-motivated, flexible, and organized
    • Capable of working independently and within teams
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – an eye for proofreading and grammar is a must
    • Internet and technology savvy with an understanding of chat rooms, blogs, social networking sites, and consumer communities and a passion for the space
